Easy Homemade Pita Chips

  • 2 Pita Breads
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Olive oil for drizzling


  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Cut the pita bread in half to create 4 circles of bread.
  • Mix together salt, cumin, and paprika.
  • Turn all the pita cut side up, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the salt mixture. (Be careful not to over salt. You will not use the entire mixture.)
  • Cut the pita into eighths and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until crispy.
