  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 can 15 Oz. Size Tomato Sauce
  • 8 Corn Tortillas Cut Into Strips

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once meat is browned, remove the grease, add onion and garlic and let them cook for 5 minutes stirring often. Stir in salt, pepper, chili powder, and tomato sauce and continue to cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a layer of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot add tortilla strips and fry them in the hot oil for a few minutes until crisp. Then remove them from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
